Vendor Market University provides educational digital courses and downloadable materials for food vendors and event entrepreneurs. Our Products are for informational and educational purposes only.
2. Purchases and Access
When you purchase a course, you receive a license to access the course content for your personal, non-commercial use. Access is granted for the duration described at the time of purchase (for the Foundation Course, lifetime access). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and may not share your access with others.
3. Refund Policy
We stand behind our Products with a 30-day guarantee. If, within 30 days of your purchase, you've gone through the course and don't feel you've received at least the value of your purchase price, email us at hello@vendormarketuniversity.com and we will issue a full refund. Refunds requested after 30 days are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within our Products — including videos, text, worksheets, templates, and graphics — is the property of Vendor Market University and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or publicly post any part of our Products without our written permission. Your license is for your own use only.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: share or resell your account access or course materials; reproduce or distribute our content; use our Products for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to disrupt or misuse the website. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms without refund.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Our Products provide education, strategies, and tools. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional business advice. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or outcomes. Your results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and circumstances. Any examples or figures shared are for illustration only and are not a promise of earnings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendor Market University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
